Roll coating
The lower part of the lower roller is immersed in the rubber groove, and the glue liquid of the upper roller is transferred by the lower roller. When the veneer passes through the middle of the two roller applicators, the glue liquid on the roller is coated on the upper and lower surfaces of the veneer. The amount of glue applied depends on adjusting the gap between the upper and lower rollers and the pressure of the upper roller. The greater the pressure of the roller on the veneer, the smaller the amount of glue.
Rotary gluing
The coating is placed on the rotating roller. When the roller rotates, the coating is transferred to the surface of the roller and then evenly applied to the surface of the flat material. The thickness of the coating agent can be controlled by adjusting the pressure of the roller.
Metering pump glue
The glue machine pump is equipped with a pair of meshing gears, when one of the gears rotates, the other gear will also rotate, the rotation process will be the glue from the storage bucket, and through the pump body to the glue head, and then the glue head will be coated to the surface of the plywood.
Spray and apply glue
First, the liquid adhesive is pressurized by a high-pressure pump and other equipment to form a small droplet or spray, and then the adhesive is evenly sprayed on the surface of the plywood through the nozzle, so as to achieve gluing. This method is suitable for some special adhesives or for cases where the thickness of the glue is low.
