Single-channel drum dryer is used for particleboard drying. The drying medium is hot flue gas that has been dust-removed and purified. The drying temperature is high and the speed is fast. Compared with hot air as the drying medium, two heat exchanges are omitted, and the thermal efficiency is improved accordingly.
High-precision gluing technology
Online gluing technology is adopted. The surface and core layer particles are measured by continuous weight method respectively. According to the detection weight of the surface and core layer particles and the gluing formula formulated by the production process, the surface and core layer glue, curing agent solution, waterproofing agent and buffer components are measured by weight or volume method and then injected into the glue mixer. The online gluing technology is accurate in measurement, cancels the traditional glue adjustment process, reduces the consumption of glue, etc., and perfectly meets the requirements of particleboard production.
Low energy consumption and high precision paving technology

This technology is mature and reliable, with the advantages of low energy consumption, low noise, no special maintenance, and high paving accuracy. The adoption of new paving technology can reduce the sanding allowance, thereby reducing raw material consumption and production costs.
Continuous hot pressing technology
The use of continuous flat pressing hot pressing technology can adapt to large-scale production and reduce the amount of lateral cutting, reduce raw material consumption, and reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency and equipment efficiency compared with intermittent hot pressing technology.
