The compressor is the heart, which plays the role of inhaling, compressing and conveying refrigerant vapor. The condenser is a device that releases heat, and transfers the heat absorbed in the evaporator together with the heat converted by the compressor input power to the cooling medium (such as water or air) to take away. The expansion valve/throttle valve throttles and reduces the pressure of the refrigerant, and at the same time controls and adjusts the amount of refrigerant liquid flowing into the evaporator, and divides the system into two parts: the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side. In addition to the above components, the SSS type cold dryer also includes energy regulating valves, high and low pressure protectors, automatic drain valves, control systems and other components.

 

Classification

The cold press is divided into screw cold press and hydraulic cold press. Among them, the screw cold press has a turbine, which requires long-term maintenance and is easy to damage. Hydraulic cold press. It is not easy to leak oil and does not require frequent maintenance, and has high working efficiency.
