1. Confirm that the power supply is connected normally.
2. Confirm that the thickness handle is normal and the unloading handle is in the normal position.
3. Use the thickness adjustment handle to adjust the thickness and then use the thickness adjustment fixed handle to lock it.
4. Turn on the power.
5. Lightly step on the pedal to confirm whether the rotation direction is correct. (Clockwise position)
6. The rotation direction is correct and start working.
7. Put the meat with skin on the meat plate in the figure below and push it forward.
