The average single-line annual production capacity of particleboard increased from 58,400 m3 to 106,000 m3, an increase of 81.5%, and the gap with the average single-line production scale in developed countries has further narrowed. The application of plywood automatic veneer production line continues to expand, and the improved non-stuck veneer rotary cutting machine can process scraps of veneer into large thin shavings before spinning, and its speed can reach 300 m/min.
Ultra-thin fiberboard equipment is the world's leading, 0.8mm thick ultra-thin fiberboard production equipment research and development breakthroughs. The production capacity and technical level of domestic long wood planer have been further improved; The fire protection system of continuous flat press has been applied on a large scale. The on-line detection equipment for panel defects has been successfully developed and applied.
The running speed of fiberboard and particleboard sand saw line has achieved a breakthrough, reaching 150 m/min, the automatic sorting and packaging production line has begun to be applied on a scale, and the wax saving device has been successfully developed and promoted in the production of fiberboard and particleboard.
The overall development of China's wood-based panel machinery manufacturing industry presents the development of products from low and middle to high-end, and the equipment technology level is from artificial, semi-mechanized, semi-automated to mechanization, automation, numerical control and intelligent development.
