Description

During the cooling phase of the manufacturing process, the rough boards are carefully conveyed to the star-cooler for controlled cooling. This critical step ensures that the particle board attains its desired strength and stability before further processing. Once cooled, the rough boards undergo side trimming saw treatment to become qualified particle-board products which are then stacked on hydraulic lifts for efficient handling.

In the cutting section, the cooled mats of particle board are transported by belt conveyor for longitudinal sawing edge treatment as well as transverse swinging saw finishing processes. These precise treatments guarantee that each finished plank meets exact specifications for size and quality. The resulting planks are then neatly stacked on hydraulic lifting platforms ready for subsequent handling.

As these finished planks accumulate to a certain height through stacking operations, forklifts come into play in transporting them to designated finished product warehouses where they can be systematically stored until needed for distribution or further processing. This meticulous production process ensures consistent production of high-quality particle boards according to industry standards.
