CNC Automatic Plywood Edge Sawing Machine
CNC automatic edge sawing machine adopts two control modes (PLC microcomputer, inverter control/PLC microcomputer, servo drive system control). High degree of automation, uniform sawing, automatic stacking, manpower saving, infrared auxiliary control, high sawing accuracy, small error, large output, etc. The whole saw adopts infrared positioning, pre loading device, longitudinal driving trolley, longitudinal trolley clamping device, longitudinal saw driving part, cutting head, cross frame, transverse conveying, transverse saw head, automatic block coding device, and PLC controls the whole set of actions to achieve the superposition of cutting.
The whole machine can be divided into three main specifications: 3X6 feet, 4X8 feet, automatic adjustment of multi saw head (unlimited size, customized version), which can be configured according to different customer requirements (5.5KW, 7.5KW, 9.2KW, 11KW).
