Wood Handling Loader – Log Grapple Loader 5t, 8t, 10t, 12t, 15t

This series of wood handling loaders – models FM05J through FM15J – is specifically configured for log grapple operation in sawmills, timber yards, and biomass facilities. Rated loads span from 5,000 kg to 15,000 kg, with operating weights increasing proportionally from 16,500 kg to 25,000 kg to maintain stability during lifting and swinging cycles.

Power comes from Weichai WD10G or Cummins 6CTA8.3 engines. The FM05J through FM12J models deliver 162 kW at 2,000–2,200 r/min with maximum torque of 745–920 N·m, while the FM15J steps up to 199 kW. Breakout force reaches 145 KN on the FM05J and FM08J. All models use a single-stage four-element hydraulic torque converter. Transmissions are planetary-type on the FM05J through FM12J, with the FM15J using a Beilian transmission.

Travel speeds vary by model and gear. The FM05J through FM12J reach 11.5 km/h in first gear and 38 km/h in second gear. The larger FM15J is geared lower for high-torque applications, with 7 km/h in first gear and 11 km/h in second. Gradeability ranges from 28° to 35°. Tire sizes range from 23.5-25 20PR up to 26.5R25. Overall dimensions: length from 7,660 mm to 9,500 mm, width from 2,870 mm to 3,230 mm, height from 3,410 mm to 3,800 mm.
