Its blade angles, including a 10° rake angle, 5° clearance angle, and 85° wedge angle, are optimized for efficient cutting. The tool body is made of cemented carbide, and the blade is coated with Titanium Nitride (TiN) for enhanced hardness and wear resistance.It operates at a recommended linear speed of 30 - 50 m/min, with a feed rate of 0.1 - 0.3 mm per revolution and a maximum cutting depth of 3 mm. The knife offers high precision, with an edge straightness of ±5 μm and tool parallelism of ±10 μm. Under normal conditions, it can process 50 - 100 m³ of wood before requiring sharpening. It is suitable for various wood species such as oak, pine, birch, poplar, and walnut. The mounting method involves bolting and connection to the equipment through a special tool holder equipped with precise positioning grooves to ensure accurate installation.
