1) The glue coating machine should be inspected before use every day, and foreign objects should be cleaned in time. Check whether the equipment is lubricated normally and whether the moving components are running flexibly.
2) After the trial operation is normal, inject glue into the glue tank, and then reasonably adjust the gap between the glue coating rollers and the gap between the glue coating roller and the glue squeezing roller according to the thickness of the veneer and the viscosity of the glue.
3) During the glue coating process, attention should be paid to cleaning the surface of the veneer to prevent sharp debris from scratching the rubber layer coated on the surface of the glue coating roller; the groove wear on the surface of the rubber layer caused by long-term use should be repaired in time.
4) After long-term shutdown and after work every day, in order to prevent the glue from solidifying, the glue coating machine should be thoroughly cleaned, the glue coating roller, glue squeezing roller and glue tank should be cleaned, and the glue splashed on various parts of the machine body should also be completely removed. After cleaning, pay attention to wipe off water stains to prevent rust.
5) During the period of outage, the glue coating machine should be restored to the factory state; adjust the upper glue coating roller and the squeeze roller back to the initial position, rotate the adjustment nut of the glue coating roller and the adjustment sleeve of the squeeze roller, completely relax the glue coating roller pressure regulating spring and the squeeze roller tension spring, and fully lubricate all parts and perform equipment maintenance.
