1. The hydraulic station oil is recommended to use high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil No. 32 and No. 46. The most suitable working temperature is 30℃-50℃, but it is forbidden to drive when the oil temperature is lower than 15℃ or greater than 60℃. To adjust the oil temperature, it can be heated or cooled in advance.
2. Hydraulic transmission is most afraid of dirty and deteriorated oil, otherwise dust will stick to the oil suction filter, the noise will increase, the pump life will be reduced and many other problems. According to statistics, 80% of hydraulic system failures are caused by unclean hydraulic oil. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the oil clean during use. In a dusty environment, the mechanism should consider additional dust prevention measures.
3. Be familiar with the operating characteristics of the hydraulic control mechanism, strictly prevent accidents caused by adjustment errors, and pay attention to the relationship between the rotation direction of the hydraulic adjustment handle and the pressure and flow changes of each hydraulic part.
4. Do not disassemble the hydraulic part easily. The removed components must be strictly kept clean and stored in a dust-free place. When cleaning, inspecting and assembling hydraulic parts, they should also be carried out in a dust-free place to minimize the chance of impurities entering the system.

5. In order to keep the equipment running well, work accurately and extend its service life, regular inspection and maintenance are very important. Check whether the connectors and fasteners in the system are loose, whether the hydraulic oil is leaking, whether the valve is reliable, the noise and heat of the pump, and the increase and pollution of the oil temperature, etc. in time.
6. Within one week of the first month of the new equipment being put into use, all fasteners of the entire equipment must be checked for looseness, oil leakage in the seals and hydraulic parts, and air leakage on the pressure plate before starting up every day. If any are found, the equipment should be stopped for inspection immediately to avoid losses caused by working with illness. Check once every 3 days after one week. Check once every 10 days in the second month. Check once every half a month (15 days) thereafter.
Note: The hanging angle bolts of the hot plate of the plywood hot press must be checked frequently to prevent serious consequences caused by loosening.
7. The hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil after about one month of use. When injecting new oil, it should be filtered through a filter with a mesh size of more than 120, and all tools must be kept clean. Clean or change the oil every six months thereafter.
