In the forming and post-processing section, the dried fibers are sent to the vacuum machine by the air conveying system, and are sprinkled through the throwing roller and the paving head to uniformly fall on the forming mesh belt. After the puffy slab is pre-compacting by the prepress, the slab is made into the slab length by the longitudinal and transverse sawing of the slab, and then the slab loading machine is continuously transported by the sawing conveyor, accelerating belt conveyor, storage plate conveyor, telescopic conveyor, etc. After the slab loading machine completes the slab layer by layer, the trolley in the plate loading machine will the cantilever conveyor belt together with the slab into the hot press. In the process of feeding the shovel head of the front end of the conveyor belt will have pressed the fiberboard out at the same time, when the car reaches the end, the fiberboard has all entered the unloading machine, and the slab has reached the predetermined position, at this time the car is backward, while the belt is running forward, when the linear speed of the conveyor belt is equal to the backward speed of the car, the slab is relatively stationary, so as to be left on the hot press plate. The slab is pressed into a specified thickness under the temperature and pressure of the hot press, and the internal adhesive is cured to make a sheet with a certain strength. After pressing, the board is unloaded to the bracket by the unloader, and when the hanging cage is lowered layer by layer, the board unloading mechanism is unloaded block by block and transported to the next process. After the hot pressing, the sheet is naturally cooled by the cooling turning machine and then stacked by the vertical and horizontal sawing machine and the transverse sawing machine.
