Description

High density fiberboard (HDF) is a versatile material that finds applications in various industries due to its durability and strength. It is manufactured using wood or other plant fibers as raw materials, which are then combined with urea formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesives and hot-pressed to achieve a high density ranging from 450-880kg/m³.

 

The production process of HDF involves the utilization of advanced technology and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of the final product. The company's high density fiberboard production line reflects a culmination of extensive research, incorporating both domestic and international technical expertise to develop state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.

 

In the initial stages of production, the process begins with sizing followed by drying in the supply rubber section. Molten paraffin wax or other water repellents are introduced directly into the hot mill where they undergo thorough mixing with the fibers under extrusion and kneading processes facilitated by two grinding disks. Simultaneously, adhesive is transported under pressure to the fiber spray pipe within the hot mill for complete integration with the fibers.

 

Subsequently, in the fiber drying section, gummed fibers are sprayed into a drying pipe along with steam from the hot mill. The wet fibers are then conveyed through positive pressure pneumatic systems utilizing high-temperature air to reach a cyclone separator for separation from moisture-laden air containing water vapor. This efficient conveying process facilitates evaporation of water content within the fibers due to exposure to hot air. Once separated from moisture-laden air in cyclone separators, dried fibers are stored in dry fiber bins for further processing.

 

This meticulous approach ensures that each step of HDF production adheres to stringent quality standards while optimizing efficiency throughout all stages of manufacturing.
