High density fiberboard (HDF) is a versatile material that finds application in various industries due to its durability and strength. It is manufactured using wood or other plant fibers as raw materials, which are then combined with urea formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesives and hot-pressed to achieve a high density ranging from 450-880kg/m³.

In the sanding and sawing section, meticulous attention is given to maintaining the integrity of the finished boards. Prior to cutting, each sheet undergoes a careful sanding process to remove any pre-cured layers on the surface, ensuring compliance with thickness tolerance requirements. Following this step, longitudinal edging machines and transverse edging machines are employed to cut the sanded boards into specified dimensions before they undergo inspection, grading, and stacking in preparation for storage in the warehouse.
To address waste management concerns, any sawdust or dust generated during crossbar sawing and sanding operations is efficiently collected by pneumatic dust suction devices before being repurposed as fuel in hot oil furnaces. This sustainable approach not only minimizes waste but also contributes towards energy efficiency within the production facility.
