This production line is divided into five production sections, each of which plays a crucial role in the overall manufacturing process. The material preparation section (A) encompasses various essential processes such as chipping, wood chip screening, and wood chip storage. These initial steps are vital for ensuring that the raw materials are properly prepared before moving on to subsequent stages. Moving on to the fiber preparation section (B), it involves intricate procedures like hot grinding for fiber separation, followed by fiber drying and metering processes. This stage is pivotal in transforming the raw materials into a form suitable for further processing. The gluing and applying section (C) is responsible for handling water repellent storage, measurement, and application along with adhesive liquid management. Precise execution of these tasks ensures that the manufactured products possess the necessary properties required for their intended use. In addition, we have the forming, hot pressing, cooling section (D), which oversees critical operations including fiber conveying, storage, forming, prepressing, slab sawing and conveying as well as hot pressing and turning over cooling. Each step within this section contributes significantly to shaping the final product with precision. Lastly but equally important is the sanding and sawing section (E), encompassing intermediate storage activities alongside sanding procedures followed by meticulous inspection protocols. This phase ensures that every product meets stringent quality standards before reaching its final destination. Overall, each production section operates seamlessly together to ensure an efficient manufacturing process from start to finish.
