The production line comprises several key sections including material preparation, fiber preparation, glue mixing and application, forming and hot-pressing processes, cooling and trimming operations as well as sanding procedures.

Wood chips stored in a pre-heat silo undergo pre-heating using saturated steam before being uniformly fed into a digester via a screw feeder for cooking purposes which softens them for easier separation into fibers. The cooked wood chips are transformed into fibers through heat-induced mechanical action within this process stage. Subsequently these reduced fibers are conveyed either to a dryer or cyclone via blow valves connected through a specialized spray tube designed for adhesive application purposes; additionally paraffin wax injection points integrated within defibrator housings enable automatic adjustment of adhesive volumes based on chip quantities processed within refiners.

The mixture of fibers combined with heated drying mediums remains suspended within high-pressure high-speed airflow resulting in evaporation of residual moisture content from these materials during passage through dryers; thereafter discharged from cyclones onto forward-reverse belt conveyors facilitating transportation towards temporary storage facilities designated specifically for dried fibers.
