Feed system
Our feeding systems are designed to meet specific veneer production needs. Feeding can be semi-automatic or fully automatic. The system is vacuum-driven and quickly lifts the wet board and moves it to the dryer.

Veneer dryer
The veneer is evenly dried across the entire width and at all levels of the dryer, using precise air distribution to maintain consistency. Our product range includes belt dryers for rotary cutting veneer, drum dryers and press dryers for smooth and flat decorative veneer.

Rotary veneer stacking system
Vacuum belts on the stacking line transport the dried veneer to different stacking stations according to the quality grade. The number of stackers required depends on the number of quality levels required by the customer. A variety of automation options are available for transporting and handling dry veneer piles.

Measuring system - Moisture thickness measuring system
The quality of the veneer is continuously monitored by an in-line moisture and thickness inspection system, which can be used upstream or downstream of the dryer. With the non-contact sensor, the board humidity and thickness can be monitored simultaneously immediately after the board is spun. Therefore, the energy input of the dryer can be optimally controlled by detecting the humidity level of the veneer. You can also use the collected data to show trends.
