The infrared control feature enhances sawing precision, minimizing errors and maximizing output.

This automated saw incorporates various components including an infrared positioning system, pre-plate device, vertical saw car, lengthwise dolly pressing mechanism, chain transmission parts for both lengthwise and crosscut cars, slitting saw head, crosscut frame, crosscut car with chain transfer part, as well as a state-of-the-art PLC-controlled automatic stacking device. These elements work seamlessly together to achieve precise cutting and efficient stacking of the sawn materials.

Our production line offers two specifications: 3*6 feet and 4*8 feet with power options including 5.5kw, 7.5kw, and 11kw to meet diverse operational requirements. With its advanced design and functionality driven by technological innovation, our automated cutting and stacking system represents a significant advancement in industrial manufacturing processes.
