Characteristics:

1.Professional sanding machine for fixed work surface (up-floating) UV line, suitable for fine polishing of the surface of various paint spraying boards.

2.The frame is designed independently, and the professional processing has passed the aging and numerical control processing, which is firm, stable and not easy to deform.

3.The beam is made of high-quality thick-walled rectangular tube, which prevents fractures, has high bending strength, and improves the stability of the host during operation.

4.The surface of granite conveyor bed is mirror surface processing, with high flatness, stable material without deformation, and highly stable horizontal processing accuracy of the whole machine.

5.Professional anti-skid high-end conveyor belt is selected for the transmission of work pieces to prevent the paint surface from slipping and scratching the paint panel. High end hard gear frequency conversion unit is selected for the reducer.

6.The rollers are tested by a dynamic balance tester, and the calibration accuracy can be controlled within the range of 1g-3g, which improves the precision of sanding and avoids the occurrence of ripples.
