The sand roller used has a monolithic structure and can be divided into three parts (as shown in the right figure), which are
respectively 9mm wall thickness seamless steel pipe, plus an eccentric shaft machine made of round steel, and NSK bearing at the
joint joint. After the combination, the tempering, finishing, balancing and other treatment processes ensure that the wall
thickness of the steel pipe is guaranteed to be 7 mm thick and the left and right balance error is ±0.02 mm. Finally, it is fixed
to the equipment through the bearing housing. This method can eliminate the eccentric sand and sand leakage in a large Chengdu.

The adjustable eccentric roller

The eccentric roll of the front sand frame uses the cylinder lift function to control the lifting of the front sand frame when it
is not necessary to work. This saves manpower and protects the machining parts from being damaged by emergency parking operations.
