28M 2 Deck Veneer Dryer
The FM/GTH30-28 is a state-of-the-art industrial veneer drying solution, designed for precision, efficiency, and reliability. Featuring a 3000mm working width and durable Q235B steel rollers (φ89), it ensures robust performance and longevity. Its modular design includes 7 sections, 2 decks, a 24m heating zone, and a 4m cooling zone for precise moisture control.
This system processes veneer thicknesses from 0.6mm to 8mm, reducing moisture content from 50-80% to 10% (adjustable). Operating at 120-180°C, it is powered by a 4-ton biomass burner using waste wood, ensuring cost-efficiency and sustainability. With a daily capacity of 35-40m³ and adjustable conveying speeds of 5-22m/min, it meets diverse production needs.
Powered by a 117KW system, it includes an 11KW hot air blower, a 5.5KW frequency-controlled traction motor, and an 11KW air intake fan (13,200m³/h). Actual power consumption is approximately 80KW/hour, making it energy-efficient.
