Veneer Dryer transmission system consists of a chain drive system, which is operated by a network belt system and a driving network of mesh belt. Mesh belt system consist of galvanized steel wire ,woven metal ring mesh Belt, the support rollers combination of network belt operation,the end net roll of the tension net belt,automatic bias control system for mesh belt. The chain drive mainly consists of a speed regulating motor, a reducer, a transmission chain, a sprocket chain and a chain tension system.

The heating chamber is composed of frame, top and side wall panel; the framework and external surface moisturizing insulation system, all the top, side wall plate and door are made of thin steel plate, the interior is laid insulation material, top wall plate and rack installation contact surface are padded with asbestos belt, the door edge is square foaming high-temperature silicone rubber seal insulation.
