The raw materials of particleboard are mainly tree trunks or branches, which generally need to be peeled, steamed, and debarked. These treatments can improve the quality of particleboard and ensure the stability and surface smoothness of particleboard.
2. Particleboard manufacturing
The manufacturing of particleboard is mainly completed by cutting wood chips. Specifically, the raw materials are cut into thin slices, and then the thin slices are cut into sawdust by a planer, and then the sawdust is added to the sawdust machine for compression to obtain particleboard.
3. Processing
In order to make the quality of particleboard better, various treatments are required, such as adding glue and drying. Among them, adding glue mainly means adding appropriate glue to the sawdust, and drying means making the moisture content of particleboard reach the standard.
