This grand home furnishing event, with a 290,000-square-meter exhibition area, over a thousand enterprises participating, and 20,000 new products making their debut, showcased the innovative vitality and green wisdom of China's home furnishing industry.
Xu Xiangnan, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the China National Light Industry Council and President of the China Furniture Association, Yang Xiaojing, President of the China Sewing Machinery Association, Tu Qi, vice president and secretary-general of the China Furniture Association, Yuan Bing, President of the Global Forest Products Green Supply Chain (Macao) Federation, and Xing Xiaobo, vice president of the China Wood Protection Industry Association, attended the opening ceremony.
At the opening ceremony, Qingfeng County signed key projects with Nanyang Solid Wood Furniture and Xinyonghui Home Furnishing in a concentrated manner, covering areas such as intelligent manufacturing and scientific research innovation, aiming to further improve the ecological closed loop of the home furnishing industry chain.
Gao Shanggong, the secretary of the Qingfeng County Committee, said that from the "Hometown of Woodworking" to the "Highland of intelligent Manufacturing", the home furnishing industry in Qingfeng has been led by the "Four Highs and Four Strivings", building a full-chain system covering wood processing, furniture manufacturing and market sales. It has cultivated dozens of leading local enterprises, attracted top soft home furnishing brands to settle down, and the output value of the industrial cluster has exceeded 10 billion yuan. Become the solid foundation of "the No. 1 Exhibition of Solid Wood Home Furnishings in Northern China".
During the same period of the expo, the founding conference of the Soft Furniture Professional Committee of the China Furniture Association, with the theme of "Unite to Build Dreams and Embark on a New Journey", was held in Qingfeng County. More than 160 people, including members of the Soft Furniture Professional Committee from all over the country, material suppliers, equipment manufacturers, heads of research institutes and design institutions, attended the meeting. The holding of this event marks the beginning of a brand-new process for the soft furniture industry.
It is worth mentioning that this year's expo has pioneered the "Lotus Rhythm · Coexistence Award" International Design competition for home art and sustainable development, attracting global designers to explore the path of integrating low-carbon aesthetics with intelligent technology. At six high-level forums, industry experts such as Professor Liu Guanzhong from Tsinghua University and renowned Hong Kong designer Chen Feijie discussed the future of the industry around hot topics like "Chinese trends going global" and "digital transformation".

It is learned that starting from this exhibition, Qingfeng County has designated May 10th of each year as the fixed holding day of the Home Expo, aiming to empower the long-term development of the industry through brand building.
