The core veneer dryer machine is widely used in plywood making manufacture or veneer making manufacture, it is an essential part of the plywood making process.

This dryer is designed as rollers type dryer for core veneer(thickness: 1.5-3mm) , the center distance between double rollers is 250mm, to ensure the veneer go through smoothly and well flat after drying. the capacity is 2.5M3/h.


Efficient drying: The high-speed hot air jet combined with the transmission of the roller enables the veneer to dry quickly, shorten the drying time, and improve production efficiency.
Good drying quality: Hot air is evenly sprayed onto the upper and lower surfaces of the veneer, and the roller has a ironing effect on the veneer during rotation, which can make the moisture content of the dried veneer uniform and the flatness high.
Energy saving: Some models use energy-saving hot air stoves or efficient heat exchange systems, which can effectively utilize energy and reduce energy consumption.
High degree of automation: equipped with multiple electronic control systems, it can achieve precise control of the drying process, easy operation, and reduce manual intervention.

Mainly used in veneer planing and cutting production plants, veneer rotary cutting production plants, and plywood production plants of wood deep processing enterprises, suitable for the production process of first cutting and then drying, especially suitable for veneer drying with a thickness between 0.3mm-3.6mm.


Maintenance and upkeep
Regular lubrication: The lubricating oil should be replaced once every 72 hours of fan operation to ensure the normal operation of the fan.
Correct startup: The machine should start heating before starting the fan, and it is not allowed to only supply heat without turning on the fan to avoid equipment damage.
Clean the heat sink: If the heat sink is blocked, it should be removed in a timely manner to prevent a decrease in the heat transfer capacity of the radiator.
Adjust the chain: If the chain is too loose, it should be adjusted in a timely manner to prevent the machine from not working properly.
Tighten screws: If any screws are loose, they should be tightened in a timely manner to ensure the stability and safety of the equipment.
