Short Cycle Hot Press Machine For Melamine Laminated Chipboard

This machine operates based on a combination of heat and pressure. The melamine - impregnated decorative paper and chipboard substrate are placed between the heated platens of the hot press. Once the press is activated, the platens close rapidly, applying a substantial amount of pressure. Simultaneously, the heating system elevates the temperature to an optimal range, typically between 180 - 220°C. At this elevated temperature and pressure, the melamine resin in the paper melts and cures, firmly bonding the decorative layer to the chipboard substrate within a short cycle time, usually ranging from 10 - 60 seconds, depending on the thickness and type of materials being processed.
