The 38m 4-deck veneer roller dryer is a high-performance continuous drying system for plywood and veneer production. Incorporating pressurized contact drying technology, it ensures uniform moisture distribution and superior flatness, eliminating edge warping for 0.6–0.8mm veneers. The precision rollers apply consistent pressure on both surfaces, delivering smooth, high-quality output.

This energy-efficient system eliminates the need for steam boilers and thermal oil heaters. Instead, it features a patented biomass burner, using waste wood, bark, and production scraps as fuel-dramatically lowering operating costs. By directly heating air, the system maximizes thermal efficiency, reaching 800°C combustion temperatures and maintaining 140–200°C drying temperatures for effective moisture removal.
