
2600mm Non-spindle rotary peeling machine
The rotary cutting process determines the profitability of the entire veneer manufacturing chain and the amount of surface sheets that can be produced. With optimal peeling and trimming, you can maximize the quality of further processing and increase production capacity.
Feeding logs or lumber into the veneer's spiral tangent is the initial stage. The log is at an Angle with the sharp blade, causing successive veneer layers to peel away from the log's surface. It is then peeled and trimmed to the desired length and width. You can make a variety of veneers, from thin decorative veneers to thick cork veneers, allowing you to turn even small and low quality logs into profit.
It is easy to start production or increase capacity with our veneer, plywood, LVL and OSB lines. The computer control system allows for a high degree of automation, maximizing yield and quality by optimizing the rotary cutting process.
