It rotary cuts the wood log into 1-10mm core veneer. It is mainly used to make the furniture plywood, ecological board and other kinds of plywood. The machine can be customized according to client's requirement. It is used to rotary cut the big diameter wood and diameter can be up to 1900mm. The whole structure is welded by the Q235B steel and channel steel, so it is durable. Long-term immersion of the chuck in the cylinder effectively prevents friction from affecting service life. Therefore, this machine is durable. This machine is equipped with servo motor, which makes the machine more accurate. Its advantages are rotary cutting accuracy, quick speed and veneer surface smooth. Whole machine chuck system is controlled by hydraulic station, adopt double chucks design, make the left core after peeling can reach min.After the wood has been spun to a certain diameter, the large card shaft automatically retracts, at which point the small card shaft extends to catch the wood and the machine continues to peel. This machine is also equipped with hydraulic tool loading system. Tool is changed by simply operating the display.
