Description

During the screening process in manufacturing, the flakes from the wet flake silo are conveyed to the Three passage hot-air dryer. Qualified core flakes are stored separately while oversize flakes are re-crushed in the double-stream mill before being transported to the surface flake silo. This meticulous sorting and processing ensures that only high-quality flakes are used for particle board production.

In the glue dosing section, precise and consistent bonding throughout production is essential. The glue dosing system includes metering scale, PLC control, and real-time monitoring components. Through its weighing and metering function, this system allows for accurate mixing of glue, curing agent, and water in precise proportions to guarantee top-notch adhesive properties. The entire process can be precisely controlled through the PLC module which enables real-time equipment monitoring along with flexibility to modify control parameters based on production needs. Additionally, the system incorporates fault alarm functionality for quick issue identification during operation.
