In the manufacturing process of particle board, after the core and surface flakes are thoroughly mixed with approved glue separately in their respective blenders in the glue mixer section, they proceed to the forming process where mats undergo compression to achieve a specific bonding strength that facilitates subsequent cross sawing and hot pressing. This meticulous process ensures that each component is evenly coated with adhesive, leading to a strong and consistent bond throughout the particle board.

The pre-press machine plays a crucial role in determining the structural integrity of the final product by applying precise pressure during this stage.
