The cold press is an indispensable piece of equipment in the plywood processing industry. Specifically designed for plywood with dimensions of 3'x6' and 4'x8', it plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process. After the glue has been evenly spread on the veneers, the cold press comes into action. It applies pressure to press the veneers firmly together, ensuring that the surface of the plywood is smooth and flat, which is essential for the quality of the final product.

This cold press features a net opening ranging from 300mm to 1300mm, allowing for flexibility in processing different thicknesses of plywood. The workable size reaches 2700x1370mm, providing a relatively large working area. Equipped with two pressure cylinders, each with a diameter of 320mm, it can generate sufficient pressure. Additionally, there are two lift cylinders, each with a diameter of 80mm, which contribute to the smooth operation of the press, facilitating the lifting and lowering processes during production.
