The dual temperature controllers monitor the temperature fluctuations of the electric furnace and the hot platen respectively, which can effectively ensure the constant temperature effect of the hot plate temperature, and also play a role in saving energy during normal work.The hydraulic system of this machine adopts hydraulic components and high and low pressure oil pumps from Taiwan Qingtian, and is equipped with a special motor for three-leaf 5.5kw oil pumps, and the lifting speed is about 40mm/S.The oil cylinder is a solid plunger rod that has been plated with hard chrome, and an imported sealing ring is used inside, with a diameter of 100mm and an effective stroke of 300mm.
