The height differential between the first conveyor and the upper planer plays a critical role in determining the amount of material removed during planning, ensuring that adjustments are made based on the flatness of the board's top surface.
After this meticulous process, an automatic transfer on a second conveyor leads the board into the bottom planer sander, where its lower surface is planned using a lower spiral planer. The alignment of heights between this lower spiral planner and the second conveyor ensures precision in adjusting sanding depth according to required size and thickness for achieving desired flatness on both surfaces.
