AUTOMATIC WOODWORKING SANDER, The upper floating structure is adopted and matched with the automatic sanding line.
The progressive pressure plate and pressing roller are employed to press the board, ensuring its tight attachment to the conveyor belt during the sanding process.
It features a high-strength body with an imported spiral planer roller (equipped with 10 lines of planer carbide knives along the planer head), a calibrating roller, and a soft rubber roller, enabling both rough sanding and pad polishing functions.
For safety protection, it is equipped with an ultra-thick material detection device and casting anti-reversal device. Additionally, 6 sets of inert roller structures are installed to prevent board rebounding and ensure operator safety.
The Ø180mm heavy cutting solid planer roller is equipped with either 15x15x2.5mm or 30x12x2.5mm cemented carbide blades for easy replacement and good planing quality. The front of the planer roller adopts a piano-key type pressure shoe structure matched with a pressure roller, while the rear is equipped with a reversible pressure plate and double pressure roller structure to handle large amounts of sanding as well as narrow materials without gnawing at the board ends.
The first sanding roller employs a Ø240mm large-diameter eccentric spiral steel calibrating roller to achieve thickness calibration during sanding.
The second sanding roller utilizes a Ø240mm eccentric fine sand rubber calibrating roller for polishing effects.
