The FM/GTH30-20 3-deck veneer drying machine is a high-efficiency solution designed for modern veneer production. With a working width of 3000mm and a heating area length of 18m, it efficiently dries veneer from an initial moisture content of 50-80% down to ~10%. The machine accommodates veneer thicknesses ranging from 0.6-8mm and operates at adjustable temperatures of 140-200℃ (±5℃ accuracy), ensuring consistent moisture content through automatic temperature and speed control systems. Powered by a 4-ton biomass burner that utilizes waste wood, it significantly reduces fuel costs while maintaining eco-friendly operations.

The machine is equipped with hot air blowers (5.5KW x 9), traction motors (4KW x 3), and cold air blowers (5.5KW x 2), with a total power consumption of 135.9KW and an actual hourly usage of 80-90KW. Optional automatic feeding (24.2KW) and collecting systems (6.2KW) further enhance productivity.
